We can reclaim our body and mind from our past, and find a safe space within ourselves to allow transformation and healing to begin.
In this 55 page manual you will learn about the energetic components that make up our bodies and how imbalance and dysregulation effects the way our body, mind, and soul function as a whole. I offer movement, breath work, and meditation practices that are specific to easing tension, anxiety, and fear into a place of gentle stillness. You will learn about different types of herbs, their specific properties, and how they are best used to calm an overactive nervous system to encourage a safe space for your healing.
The roots of this ayurvedic guide grew from a place of deep pain and sadness. With a strong desire to heal my physical, emotional, and mental wounds that resulted from years of deeply seated trauma and repression of memories, I began to explore whole body wellness. I studied how to heal the dis-ease within my body by USING my body and the gifts of the Earth. This workshop was birthed from my personal healing journey.
