This hands on experience will teach you how to respond to the individual needs of your students, guiding them into a deeper connection to their personal practice. In this 4 part workshop series you will learn:

• the different styles of assisting

• how to enter and exit someone’s space safely

• recognizing what type of assist is appropriate for the student

• techniques for Yin and Vinyasa classes

You will receive:

• handouts of each asana reviewed during the workshop

• the video recording of the workshop for lifetime access to review and study the content offered

• time to practice on other yoga teachers: wonderful for receiving in the moment feedback BEFORE using these new skills on students

• Certificate of Completion

• 2 CEU’s through Yoga Alliance

The workshops will be offered on Sundays from 12pm-2pm at Sacred Rising Yoga Studio. Limited space available to allow for ample practice time and for my focused assistance and guidance.
